The 2010 Tournament Year

Windsor First Ball:

24th April. The team came together for the first tournament of the 2010 season at Farnham Park in Slough. They played other Windsor League teams and had some good games. We placed 7th.

Diamond 1:

8th-9th May. The first of the Diamond Series Tournaments and there was a change in the line up from first ball. We played well and got into the C grade cup competition, We had some close games but lost a couple of games and placed 4th.

Diamond 2:

5th-6th June. Meeting up again for the 2nd series tournament and the team were ready to play. Unfortunately we didn't do as well here and only managed to place 7th.

BA:

19th-20th June. Well we finally brought home some silverware by coming 2nd in the C grade plate.

11th July. The boys played some hard, fast and tough softball. Close games but losing in the semi's by 1 run meant no silverware for the Men this time.

Summer Ball, RP Mens Team:

31st July-1st August. The last tournament of the Diamond series and the team saw some good games. We had some good wins and some great wins but unfortunately couldn't win our way into the final and then got pipped at the post for 3rd Place so finished 4th.
  Overall for the Series we placed 7th.

Diamond 3:

Fall Ball: RP Mens Team:

8th August. an enjoyable and fast tournament for the men. Facing some tough challenges with all comp and rec teams playing each other. Winning 3 games and losing 1 in the round robin stages meant they came 3rd in their group. Unfortunately they lost against the comp american military team from Lakenheath which meant they didn't make the semi finals.

Bristol Main:

21st-22nd August.
