Single Sex Nationals 2010
July 24th and 25th saw the single sex nationals take place in Birmingham.
Richings Park were pleased to have 4 members going to this, playing for their respective teams. Gordy Morris played for the Tartan Army, Claire Green for No Balls and Jean Connor and Julie Spittle played for Pink Ladies. Each of these individuals and their teams came home victorious.
Tartan Army were crowned Men's Champions after beating Godzillas in the final 10 runs to 8 runs. No Balls were crowned Ladies Champions after coming back to beat the Firebirds 12-9 in the Final. Pink Ladies were placed 1st in the Silver tournament with a win of 25 runs to 7 over the Thunderbirds.

Outdoor training is on wednesday nights 6.30pm to 8.30pm at Richings Park Sports Club. Everyone welcome and we can provide kit to those who need it.

Club Accreditation
We started working towards our accreditation at the end of March 2009. We are working our way through the different sections that must be completed to gain this. Members of the club are working towards becoming qualified coaches, as well as going on various courses to enable the club to achieve this qualification.
